Yes, that’s no problem at all.
+Can I return a resized ring?
No, unfortunately we do not accept resized rings.
+Do I have to be at home to receive my package?
Yes, our packages require a signature upon receipt.
+Do I have to pay for return shipping and insurance?
No. Return shipping and insurance are both provided free of charge.
+How long will it take to receive my refund?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Each returned item must go through quality control before the return can be accepted. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.
+How long do I have to return a purchase?
+Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
We request a signature and address for pick up due to the value of our products. Therefore, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
+Do you ship outside of the United States?
At the moment, we only sell our handmade jewelry within the United States.
+When will I receive my jewelry?
You should have your AZEERA jewelry about 2 weeks after the date of purchase. Unfortunately, there is no way to reduce this timeframe. To give you a truly unique experience, all our products are made to order and we take our time to make each piece perfect. You may track the progress of your order using My Account.
