At AZEERA, we offer free insured 2nd day shipping on all our products within the United States. All packages will be insured for their full value at no cost to you. For security reasons, we only allow items to be delivered to physical addresses with a recipient available to sign for the package.
Our jewelers need about 10-12 day to finish and ship a ring. If you need an order expedited, please email us at [email protected]. We must examine every request on a case by case basis due to the unique nature of each design.

For Diamond Jewelry
We are unable to offer returns on any pieces with individual diamonds weighing more than 0.5 carats. All sales are final with these diamonds. In the event the piece is not to your liking, we are able to offer an exchange for a new design using the same diamond.
Prior to your decision to purchase a piece with a diamond greater than 0.5 carats, please reach out to [email protected] and our concierge team will provide personalized diamond pricing and options including GIA grading certificates.
For Colored Gemstone Jewelry
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange– we even pay for the return shipping. While you have possession of any item you are fully responsible for its value and care. The jewelry must be in original condition to qualify for return and some exclusions apply (please see below). You must include any gemstone or diamonds grading reports that accompanied the jewelry or a certificate replacement fee of $250 will apply.
Exclusions
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at (914) 227-2242 . Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Azeera. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order.
If you have purchased an item that qualifies for a return, you must either file a return from your account on the website, or contact us via phone or email. To file a return online, log into your account and select the "Return Orders" option on the dashboard. Do not send in a return unless you have confirmed with our team. All shipments will be refused and returned to the sender if a return has not been confirmed. Depending on the value of the item you are returning, you will be given special instructions on how to send in a return, including instructions on how to receive a shipping label from us.
We will not accept returns that have not been authorized by us. We will not accept return shipments that do not use our shipping label. All return shipments that use our shipping labels will be insured by us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments that do not use our return shipping label.
Items returned MUST be in the same new condition as they were when they were delivered to you. We will NOT accept damaged items. Please review our return policies before calling in for a refund.
A refund will be issued after we receive your return and confirm the condition of the item. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for your refund to be processed. If you paid by credit card, the charge will be credited back to your card. If you paid by check or wire transfer, a company check will be issued to the name on the account from which the purchase was made. At AZEERA, we use the highest quality materials to manufacture our jewelry and we stand by this. Each piece comes with a lifetime warranty, which covers the quality of our workmanship excluding normal wear and tear.
In addition, the warranty gives customers access to discounted prices for all maintenance services. Servicing includes prong tightening, stone replacing, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning services. Customers must also arrange shipping themselves or purchase shipping from us for $60. This includes insured shipping to and from our office.
We recommend that pieces are serviced every 6 – 12 months depending on how frequently they are worn. The warranty is void if pieces are not serviced within a reasonable time.
The warranty does not cover missing stones, the cut or quality of the diamond or gemstone, any breaks, scratches, chips or blemishes of the diamonds or gemstones. The warranty is also void if customers damage or alter the piece, or if another jeweler resizes or modifies the piece.
In the case of missing stones, we will cover both shipping and repair within the first 30 days of delivery receipt. After that time, customers are responsible for shipping to and from our office and the cost of repair. The repair cost will be assessed after inspection.
