I liked all the individual attention I got when I made my purchase. As soon as I placed the order, I was notified about the color of Peridot which I was ok with. And then the package came with a thouhgtful handwritten note followed by a few courteous emails. This is the best service I've received in a while.

I made the mistake of guessing my wife's ring size. I guessed wrong :( but Azeera helped me right my wrong with no hassale or extra money. They had to remake the ring, but they were willing to do it for free. That's the kind of customer you only dream of nowadays.

I was informed ahead of time what the blue topaz would look like on the ring. I appreciated the frankness in the communication. Next to diamond, it still looked like a nice blue. My girlfriend loves it so none of that matters.
