Shipping Policy

At Azeera, we offer free standard shipping on all our products within the United States. Customers can choose options, at the checkout page, to expedite the shipping process for an additional fee. All packages will be insured for their full value at no cost to you. For security reasons, we only allow items to be delivered to physical addresses with a recipient available to sign for the package. Return Policy

For Jewelry

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange– we even pay for the return shipping.While you have possession of any item you are fully responsible for its value and care. The jewelry must be in original condition with the jewelry tag attached to qualify for return and some exclusions apply (please see below). You must include any gemstone or diamond grading reports that accompanied the jewelry or a certificate replacement fee of $250 will apply. You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization from us, once you have this, you will be sent a return shipping label by email. You must print this out, if you do not have access to a printer, let us know, and we will mail your return shipping email to your home address, unless otherwise specified. All return shipments that use our shipping labels will be insured by us. We will not accept returns that do not have a Return Merchandise Authorization from us. We will not accept return shipments that do not use our shipping label. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments that do not use our return shipping label.

For Loose Gemstones or Diamonds

We offer a 30 day return period for gemstones or diamonds. The 30 day period begins when you sign for and receive your item from the shipping carrier. If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it within the 30 day period for a refund including initial and return shipping costs. While you have possession of any item you are fully responsible for its value and care. Exclusions

Any variance of the exterior and/or interior of the item will void the return. Please note that we have detailed photographs, at 40x zoom, of the interior and exterior of every item we sell. Gemstones or diamonds will not be accepted for a refund if they have been set, scratched, polished, chipped, fractured, weigh differently or have been alteredin any way. Once a gemstone or diamond is set by you, it may not be returned. Any item that is not in original purchase condition, including all product documentation, cannot be returned. Any item that is damaged cannot be returned. Once a ring is re-sized, it cannot be returned (including when we do a free ring resize for you) Rings cannot be returned if they are altered by another jeweler If a ring is engraved a $20 re-stocking fee will apply to all returns

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 855-921-2911. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Azeera. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 5 days of receipt of your order.

How to Return an Item

If you have purchased an item that qualifies for a return, you must either file a return from your account on the website, orcontact us via phone or email, to be sent an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Do not send in a return unless you have an RMA number. All shipments will be refused and returned to the sender if an RMA has not been issued.Depending on the value of the item you are returning, you will be given special instructions on how to send in a return, including instructions on how to receive a shipping label from us.

We will not accept returns that do not have a Return Merchandise Authorization from us. We will not accept return shipments that do not use our shipping label. All return shipments that use our shipping labels will be insured by us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments that do not use our return shipping label.

Items returned MUST be in the same new condition as they were when they were delivered to you. We will NOT accept damaged items. Please review our return policies before calling in for an RMA number.

A refund will be issued after we receive your return and confirm the condition of the item. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for your refund to be processed. If you paid by credit card, the charge will be credited back to your card. If you paid by check or wire transfer, a company check will be issued to the name on the account from which the purchase was made. Please Note: Our insurance company will issue insurance coverage on the return shipment once your RMA Number has been generated.

AZEERA Lifetime Warranty

At Azeera, we use the highest quality materials to manufacture our jewelry and we stand by this. Each piece comes with a lifetime warranty, which covers the quality of our workmanship excluding normal wear and tear.

The warranty does not cover the cut or quality of the diamond or gemstone, any breaks, scratches, chips or blemishes of the diamonds or gemstones. The warranty is also void if you damage or alter the piece, or if another jeweler resizes or modifies the piece.

In addition to this, we are happy to service your piece at our cost. Servicing includes prong tightening, stone replacing, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning services. Shipping charges will apply. 

We also offer one free ring resize in the first 30 days.
