The garnet was a bit more orange than we liked, but they were quick to replace the stone. I gave them a low rating on google because I felt the colors didnt match and right away they emailed me to address my concerns. I thought that was exceptional, and hence this 5 star review, I never intended on returning the product because it still looked really nice, but just different than our expectations.Wwe are now very satisfied with the purchase, and if we were to make a suggestion, I would tell others to specify the color preference. These guys shared me photos of 4 different color shades to choose from, so they clearly have an ellaborate selection. All in all very pleasant experience, and we would most certainly give them more of our money in the future.
Oh boy - this purchase took me over 2 monhts to finalize on because of the price tag. Customer service was amazing in explaining me about the ruby I would get. I am very happy I ended up buying this ruby ring it’s the most expensive gift I have ever bought myself. Thank you!!!!!
The amethyst is pure purple color! Not light at all, and just right. It is far better than my other amethyst ring. The colors on the website are fairly accurate.

I needed to have my ring resized and replace a missing stone. I sent it in to Azeera and they did everything free of charge. I didn't pay for the shipping label either. I recommend for their fantastic customer service.
I want to preface this by saying that my knowledge of jewelry is amateurish at best. Whatever I know, I picked up while at my local jeweler or snooping around on the internet. Regardless of the product I’m buying, I’d like to know where it’s coming from and how it’s made. Especially in electronics, I like knowing who is manufacturing the components in my cellphone and how they compare to other brands. Jewelry is no different for me. Unfortunately on other sites, I’ve never been able to get a straight answer. I understand the supply chain of non-standardized products can be ambiguous, but I always seem to get roundabout answers when I speak with consumer service. What I liked about Azeera is that they are making an effort to bring transparency into their business model. Could they do more? Sure. But information was there and customer service was straightforward with answering my questions. The quality of my ring is exceptional in addition to it coming from a good place. I enjoyed my time shopping on AZeera.
