Depending on the stone, these inclusions can either diminish or enhance the gemstone&#8217;s value. To scientists, these inclusions are all critical, as they reveal the true nature of a gemstone. Each gem is unique, so it is essential to consider how each gemstone varies in chemical composition, impurities, and its formation location.<\/p>\n<p>Diamonds, because they are all formed primarily of carbon under extreme heat and pressure, have six clarity grades. These include Flawless, Internally Flawless, Very Very Slightly Included, Very Slightly Included, Slightly Included, and Included.<\/p>\n<p>Colored stones, however, are much more challenging to find flawless, as they are all products of different chemistries and environments. Their complex chemistry and crystallization make each one much different than the one before it. As a result, colored gemstones are graded based on three clarity categories. Each stone falls under one type.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Type I <\/strong>stones are generally found without any inclusions. They are deemed clean to the eye with no visible inclusions to the unaided eye.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Type II <\/strong>stones are generally found with a few noticeable inclusions. These inclusions mean the stone is not \u201ceye clean\u201d; however, the visible inclusions are few to the unaided eye.<\/p>\n<p><strong>N<\/strong>umerous noticeable inclusions characterize <strong>type III stones.<\/strong> These stones are not deemed \u201ceye clean\u201d because the inclusions visible to the unaided eye are multiple.<\/p>\n<p>AZEERA bases its stone selection on the redeeming qualities that consumers value in each stone.
